After successfull login.
1. Go to Domains -> My Domains option on Client Area
2. Click on Manage domain you want to change the name server of.
3. Click on Name Server Tab.
4. Go to Use Custom Nameservers option and provide your name server.
5. Click on Change Nameservers option and you name server will be changed instantly.
